What’s in the box?

You’ll receive an 8 inch tablet, pre-loaded with YourWelcome’s custom hospitality software. There’s no need to download any other apps – YourWelcome has all the features your guests will need, straight out of the box.

A display stand, charger and extra-long charging cable are included with every tablet so that you have everything you need to leave it out for guests.

Manage Your Tablet Remotely

Once the tablet is set up, you can leave it in the property for your guests. You can update content & settings via the YourWelcome dashboard, from anywhere in the world, and any changes you make will sync to the device automatically.

The YourWelcome app will also update itself when your guests aren’t using it – so you’re always running the latest version.

What if something goes wrong?

The benefit of a subscription service is that there is no risk for your business. If your tablet is lost, damaged or stolen, we will replace it – and our dedicated support team are on standby to help with any questions that you have.
