ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in London. This is a crucial, entry-to-mid level role focused on driving our pipeline by reaching out to prospects, engaging decision-makers and booking qualified demo calls into the sales team’s calendar.
You’ll be working with a lot of US-based clients and prospects, so flexibility with working hours is important – occasional later starts and finishes will be necessary for the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Research and prospect potential clients using our CRM and other resources.
– Make outbound calls daily to engage with prospects and book qualified demos and meetings.
– Qualify leads according to predefined criteria to ensure quality conversations.
– Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities, communications and lead statuses.
– Work closely with the Head of Sales to align on messaging and strategies.
– Learn and adapt outreach tactics based on performance and feedback.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– Confidence in making phone calls and speaking to new people.
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
– Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
– As we are a startup the ability to be flexible is paramount, roles and responsibilities can vary quickly with such a small team.
– Flexibility to occasionally work later hours to accommodate US client schedules.
– Ability to work independently and be a self-starter in a small team environment.
– 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a phone-based role is ideal but not essential.
